| The Forgotten Children Campaign is an exciting initiative to build both awareness and revenues for CASA of the South Plains.
Following a kick-off event on July 9 at the CASA office, 450 life-sized cut-outs - representing the number of children in our local area still awaiting a CASA volunteer - will be visiting local area churches for the weekends of July 11-12 and July 18-19.
Our goal is to secure a sponsor for each of the approximately 14 children who will enter foster care during the two weekends of our display.
By supporting the Forgotten Children campaign, you can help close the gap between the number of children who need our help and the number of volunteer court appointed advocates available to serve them.
Your donation will allow us to put a trained, committed advocate into the life of a child who needs a safe and permanent home.
